Finally took the time to make the trip out to the Meat gem of western New York!! Excellent selection, quality is outstanding and the kind woman behind the counter was absolutely marvelous. This place is truly setting the standard for butchers in America. Will for sure be back to buy a whole strip loin in the future from these fine people.
