About Us
For over 60 years, the Piechocki family has lived and breathed agriculture—dairy, construction, cattle hauling, and, today, farm-fresh butchery. What began with Great-Grandpa Leonard’s dairy farm in Darien has evolved into a multi-generational legacy of quality meat production and community service.
Our Story
1950s–1960s: From Barn Fire to New Beginnings
1957: A barn fire in Darien led Great-Grandpa Leonard Piechocki to purchase a farm in Alexander, NY—land our family still owns and cares for today.
Leonard and his sons raised dairy cows, hauled livestock, and deepened their bond with Western New York’s farming community.

1970s–1980s: Building for Our Neighbors
Our grandfather, Robert “Bob” Piechocki Sr., shifted gears into agricultural construction—setting up shop in Attica and building barns, silos, and homes across the region.
In the early ’80s, he moved to Florida, helping expand dairies for Western NY farmers, then returned to dairy himself—milking over 1,200 cows in Bell, FL by 1996.
1990s–2000s: A New Generation Takes the Lead
Robert “Bob” Piechocki Jr. continues the construction tradition in Western New York, serving commercial and farm clients for 38+ years—while always keeping a handful of beef cows on the side.

Today: Burly Brothers Country Butchery
As kids, Bob Jr.’s sons grew facial hair by age 13—earning the nickname “The Burly Brothers.”
Now, Burly Brothers Land & Cattle Co. LLC brings that same dedication to quality meat processing and retail butchery.
Burly Brothers Country Butchery is our newest chapter: a family-run shop built on heritage, craftsmanship, and community trust.

Our Mission & Values
Craftsmanship: Every cut, grind, and sausage link is made by hand, in our USDA-inspected facility.
Integrity: We treat your livestock as our own—transparent pricing, clear processes, and honest service.
Community: Proudly serving Attica and surrounding counties, we support local farms, restaurants, and families.
Quality: From grass-fed beef to heritage pork, our products reflect decades of expertise and a passion for flavor.
Meet the Burly Brothers

Ryan
The Butcher & Operator
Ryan is an owner and full-time operator of Burly Brothers Country Butchery. With demand for quality, local beef growing, he knew the only way to serve the community was to take processing into his own hands—and so Burly Brothers Butchery was born. Ryan focuses on quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. He runs the facility with his wife, Saige, and you’ll often see them in the shop with their kids.
Bobby
The Beef Farmer
Bobby is the oldest of the Burly Brothers and leads the beef farm operation. He takes great pride in raising their cattle with care, feeding and maintaining the herd. When not on the farm, you’ll find him coaching sports or enjoying a ride on his motorcycle.

Bob
The Patriarch
Bob, father of the Burly Brothers, owns R&R Precision Construction and has deep roots in agriculture. His decision to invest in a local farm years ago reignited the family’s farming journey, leading to what Burly Brothers is today. He and his wife, Lisa, have four children and ten grandchildren—many of whom are growing up around the farm.
